Iodine Spray

Ingredients: 7% Lugol’s Solution, Grain Alcohol in 2-ounce tinted glass spray bottle

Not recommended for anyone who has autoimmune of the thyroid (Hashimoto’s or Graves) or hyperthyroidism, unless you are under the supervision of a healthcare practitioner.
Spray each breast evenly orange, avoiding the nipple area, then dry with waving hands or fan. This doesn’t take long but if you don’t dry it before you put on clothing, it will stain clothing.
How often to spray it on the breasts depends on the health of the breasts. The higher the risk on a Thermogram and/or the greater the inflammation in the breasts, the more often the spray may be needed.

When you use the spray in the evening before bedtime and when you wake up your breasts are still orange, use less often.
