Learn to Relax, Relax to Learn

Holistic Breast Health is now hosting Open Houses twice monthly to educate women about Breast Thermography and good breast health. They are being held on an on-going basis every third Tuesday of the month in the evening and every fourth Thursday of the month at lunchtime, with healthy snacks provided.

See below for Open House dates in February and March. Ranjit Deora with Charlotte Meditation, will join us at our next Open House on Tuesday evening, February 18 to teach Mindful Meditation to those interested in learning and participating.

On Thursday, February 27 at lunchtime, Yoga Instructor Isabel Shankle will lead those who are interested and want to participate in a sampling of her unique style of yoga, focused on the breath, meditation and mindfulness.

Whatever way you choose to relax to reduce stress, making relaxation a priority and a habit in your life is the very best thing you can do for your overall health and breast health. Hormonal imbalance creating Estrogen Dominance, a risk factor for breast disease, can be managed by reducing stress. When your adrenal glands are producing fewer stress hormones, they can produce more progesterone to balance the estrogen.
