Keep Them Jumping

Exercise is necessary for overall good health and for good breast health.  What exercise or movement is best for good breast health?

Any exercise involving up and down movement to stimulate the lymphatic system is the best exercise for improving and maintaining good breast health.

By stimulating the lymphatic system and increasing the flow of lymphatic fluid, up-and-down movement helps clear toxins and wastes from all tissues in the body.  Without movement, breast lymphatic flow is impaired and fluids become thick and toxic, a breeding ground for infection and disease.  What are the best ways to incorporate up-and-down movement into your lifestyle?  Jumping rope and jogging are two good options.

The most efficient and gentle way is by Rebounding.  Also known as a mini-trampoline, the Rebounder was a fad in the ’80’s and is now increasing in popularity.  The bounciness or elasticity of the Rebounder is said to take up to 85% of the shock that the body would otherwise experience. You may purchase one at a sporting goods store or online.  Anything under $60.00 is a good price.  Like any new exercise routine, start with just a couple of minutes on the Rebounder and gradually increase your time or simply do it a couple of minutes several times a day.
